Improvements after explant/lift? Can anything be done to reduce the loose skin and make the areola less puffy? (Photo)

Hi! I had an explant/lift done almost a year ago. I was hoping my breast would be tighter and be perkier. My doctor say it's a good outcome and can't be improved upon. I am mostly happy with the results but I still feel there is too much loose skin and that the slope is not quite right. Can anything be done to reduce the loose skin and make the areola less puffy? Is there anything that could be done to make the nipples point up more and to reduce the looseness above the breast?

Based on your photos a revision to your lift to remove additional skin may give an improved shape.  An exam would be needed to determine if this is recommended for you.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your concerns and learn about options.

Just based on your photos, excess skin could be removed from the inframmary fold to help tighten your breasts. You do need to be examined to see if anything else might be useful.
