From this limited view, it appears that the bump is creating a high shadow on the nose. The tip cartilages are also very vertically oriented, which creates the deep shadowing over the nostril crease. This is sometimes referred to as a parenthesis deformity.

One or both of those issues can be addressed by routine rhinoplasty techniques.

The nose is slightly pinched at the area between the eyes, a hump is present, and it appears bottom-heavy. The hump could be removed, bridge narrowed, and your tip may need a minor amount of improvement as well.
