My implants are too narrow for my chest, is a revision possible? (Photos)

Hi I’m really worried, 3 months post-op, my implants look way too narrow for my frame. I was given UHP, I can see my outter ribs either side of the implants. I have the look that I really didn’t want, I showed my surgeon exactly what I wanted and didn’t want so I’m hoping they will change but right now I hate looking at them and I’m struggling to see how they can possibly get wider, if a revision needs to be done, will I have to pay the whole amount again. 3 months is still too early for a revision, although some patients opt to have the surgery even at just three months. Many factors may play a role in the final results of breast augmentation. Chest wall measurements, tissue elasticity, the desire results and the technique and skill of your surgeon.

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy following your surgery. Revision certainly is possible, although it doesn't look to me that the problem is one of breast width - for that it would be worth knowing your breast base dimensions compared with that of your implant. However it appears to me that the implant position is a little high which is making the nipples appear too low relative to the breast. That kind of appearance sometimes happens early after surgery but usually settles by three months. If it doesn't then the implant position can be lowered and the pocket adjusted to accommodate this.
