My implants are too narrow for my chest, is a revision possible? (Photos)

roxy4939
Hi I’m really worried, 3 months post-op, my implants look way too narrow for my frame. I was given UHP, I can see my outter ribs either side of the implants. I have the look that I really didn’t want, I showed my surgeon exactly what I wanted and didn’t want so I’m hoping they will change but right now I hate looking at them and I’m struggling to see how they can possibly get wider, if a revision needs to be done, will I have to pay the whole amount again. Please see pictures attached.
