My implants are too narrow for my chest, is a revision possible? (Photos)

Hi I’m really worried, 3 months post-op, my implants look way too narrow for my frame. I was given UHP, I can see my outter ribs either side of the implants. I have the look that I really didn’t want, I showed my surgeon exactly what I wanted and didn’t want so I’m hoping they will change but right now I hate looking at them and I’m struggling to see how they can possibly get wider, if a revision needs to be done, will I have to pay the whole amount again. The sizing of the implant is totally dependent on you chest wall diameter or footprint. those may be your only options however this is best done with measurements and an examination. I would wait one year before any size change or revision surgery
