Implant after Explant?

I implanted at 19 in 2009 with 400cc textured silicone high profile implants. I went from 32A to 32DD. The implants were huge and so uncomfortable. In 2014 I was diagnosed with neutropenia with no explanation and was very sick. I was put on neupogen injections in 2018 and just 6 months later I explanted. I'm so much healthier now although I still have neupogen injections! In 2021 I had a fat transfer and it gave me some breast tissue after being left with nothing . I miss my upper pole

You are asymmetrical, one breast is higher than the other. I would not recommend lowering the inframammary fold as it may bottom out. You would be better off with raising the lower one. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
