Implant after Explant?

Many women are dissatisfied after explant alone and require a lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

I would suggest going back with implant but only to a C cup. with DD, your implants were too heavy and bottoming out in your photo. Measurements are needed, but you might also need a lift.

I suggest having a few in person, consultations for the plastic surgeons in your community. If your previous plastic surgeons are available, then talk to them about various options regarding augmentation.
