I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I am so very sorry about your difficulties. Capsule formation is a higher risk after implant exposure and bacterial contamination. I would suggest oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments as well as massage.

Your situation is very complex and we really need thorough understanding of what happened to give you any type of useful information. Was your implants placed above the muscle during the primary procedure? Generally speaking, the plastic surgeons will do sub pectoral augmentation, if doing it combined with a mastopexy.
One’s implant exposure and implant failure has occurred the bodies going to create contractile scar tissue. That makes future augmentation extremely difficult especially if you’re using the same tissue layer.
Your situation is beyond what is appropriate to properly address as a second opinion by posting on this website.
If you want to proper second opinion, consultations, and those need to be scheduled as in person consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community. Come prepared for second opinion, consultations by having a complete set of all before and after pictures all operative reports and preferably your entire medical records.
The chance of long-term success is going to be diminished after implant failure.
Augmentation mastopexy is a high risk procedure and some of plastic surgeons recommend doing this as a staged operation to avoid what you went through.
It sounds like you had a subglandular augmentation, which is generally not recommended, if done in conjunction with a mastopexy.
