Impact of Alcohol on Ulthera Effects?

If you're not concerned about bruising, then there shouldn't be a problem if the night before Ultherapy a person consumed an alcoholic beverage. Bruising can occur rarely with Ultherapy, whether the person imbibed or not, but bruising can increase if alcohol is consumed. 

If a patient however, is consuming excessive alcohol, in general, they may not derive as great a benefit as a patient who consumes a minimal amount of alcohol as chronic alcohol consumers do not have the best serum protein levels and there may be other issues of metabolism, such as vitamin C depletion which can negate the collagen-producing benefit of Ultherapy.

Having a drink before Ultherapy may increase the chances of bruising but should not affect the outcome. There are many actual benefits associated with moderate drinking, especially red wine.

It is not likely that alcohol before the procedure will have deleterious effects or lessen the effect of Ultherapy. 

Alcohol before or after Ultherapy will not have an adverse effect your results.  Consuming alcohol can increase your risk of bruising so I would recommend avoiding it if that is of concern to you.
