I first heard about suspensory ligament release while watching a video of a male tummy tuck case. It sounded like an awesome perk with a tummy tuck and simple for the plastic surgeon to perform since they already had the patient opened up for easy access. However the first thing I found when looking up suspensory ligament release was an article by Jeffrey Campbell and Joshua Gillis called “A review of penile elongation surgery” and it made it sound this was not favorable as of 2017 research.
