Dear Terrific643652,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Having the BBL done a third time is an option as long as the patient has enough fat to be transferred. The revision implies that there is less fat than the first and second times, and scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the surgeon. The percentage of fat survival in the BBL the third time should be about the same as the previous times.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.It is safe to get a third round, if your health and lab test results allow it. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. To determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors.Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
As long as you have excess fat to liposuction and transfer, having two BBLs in the past does not preclude you from being a candidate for another BBL (a 3rd one).
It’s pretty rare anybody would have improvements from having liposuction it three times on the same area. there will realistically not be much fat left and lots of scar tissue to work through and the third procedure will make more scar tissue.Consider areas that were not previously been treated. To get a better understanding I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
According to the experts, you need at least 10 weeks of following a few basic rules to see any changes. Intermittent fasting should not negatively affect BBL results unless you lose the fat you planned to harvest for the surgery.
Best to ask your plastic surgeon for his/her recommendation. I recommend that my patients minimize sitting, even with a pillow (boppy or BBL), for the first two weeks. If they must sit, every 30 minutes or an hour, they should get up and stand for a few seconds to take the pressure off. This...
