It is possible that you have ptosis causing your eyes to be uneven. This is a condition where a muscle in the upper eyelid becomes weakened and allows the eyelid to fall lower across the eyeball than it should. This condition can be corrected with a surgical procedure. I would recommend seeing an oculoplastic surgeon or a surgeon experienced in ptosis surgery.
Ptosis is falling of the upper eyelid. First of all it should be investigated to find the reason. If no cause could be find then it is called congenital type and the treatment is eyelid surgery. The surgical technique depends on the severity of the ptosis and how opening function of the eyelid is. But generally ptosis correction surgery is done under local anesthesia and operation duration is short. Good luck Kevin. Dr. M. Hakan BULAM, MD, EBOPRAS, Istanbul

It is difficult to recommend a treatment without evaluating your eyelids in person. It sounds like you may require at least a canthopexy to help resuspend and resupport your eyelids and restore their original length as well as bring your eyelid back up. You may require other procedures such as...
There is no cosmetic surgery procedure to bring your eyes closer; it is occasionally done in craniofacial surgery with syndromic patient but never for soleily cosmetic purpose. It looks to me that your nose is proportional to your face and I do not see any reason for your concerns. Hope this...
