There are a few ways to non-surgically improve your downturned smile using injectables. The most profound improvement should come from using a medium to high viscosity filler like Juvederm Ultra or Juvederm Ultra Plus directly to the nasiolabial folds and marionette lines and cross hatching the material perpendicularly to the lines. 
1-2 units of Botox can be placed in each of the Depressor Anguli Oris muscles to knock out their ‘pulling down’ function of the corners of the mouth as well.

A combination of filler and Botox or Dysport should get you a nice correction. Botox/Dysport could be injected into the DAO muscle which pulls down the corners of the mouth. Filler can be injected directly into the corners of mouth and marionette lines.
