I noticed that one nostril wing side is stitched slightly higher than the other side, i see little tendency of the nose tip toward the higher side when i smile, will it increase with time and make my nose tip bend to the left? the doctor also took grafts from my septum now it is too thin from one side & thick on the other that i can't insert my finger in nostril, will this lead to septum deviation or nose deviation or cause breathing difficulty
