Can hyaluronidase effect the natural tissue?

Question

I need my lips dissolved (as per his request which is understandable ) before going to a new injector so he can start fresh as I’ve had three years worth of filled. He says it’s safe for your face, so does most of the doctors on here, yet I see tons of posts from patience who said dissolved ruined their face, it sunk in their eyes and cheeks etc etc. That scares me! These girls obviously aren’t making this up so how come hylarandaise effects some people and not others

No, hyaluronidase should not impact natural tissue, but it can take several weeks to settle. Also, a series of treatments may be needed to reverse filler. Hope this helps.

Hyalase dissolves hyaluronic acid (HA), which is found in fillers but Is also naturally occurring in our bodies. When dissolving filler it is impossible not to dissolve some of the natural HA at the same time. However, if you are having the same area re-filled, this should be able to replace the lost HA.

If you have hyaluronidase (HyaloFix) into your lips the cross linked hyaluronic acid gel will be hydrolysed and turned to water then absorbed into your body. You also have natural hyaluronate acid (HA) gel within the cells of your body. Your endogenous, meaning produced by you, hyaluronate is in continuous production and breakdown otherwise you would be a funny shape and your body would not function well. In simple terms you already have a factory to create hyaluronidase and a natural enzyme to break it down, both of which are in balance.If you suddenly inject your lips with hyaluronidase you will have two things happen.1. Your cross linked synthetic filler HA will be dissolved2. Very briefly some of your own HA will be dissolved.For a few days after hyaluronidase your lips could look swollen from the injections of enzyme, or a little crippled up from lack volume. However, your own endogenous factory for creating HA for your cells just jumps into action and resynthesises your own HA! Isn't the body amazing!One word of caution, if you had the filler some years ago, check it is really HA and also realise that you have got older so your lips can look older when the cross linked HA is dissolved.
