Hi! I’m 28, have had 3 kids which has caused my tissues to be super thin. I have loose skin and not much breasts to start with. Not sure if I would need a lift in addition to implants. I don’t dislike my breast position, just want them to be fuller- especially the upper pole.

Answer: Exploring a breast augmentation. While I cannot fully access your skin laxity through photos, a thorough consultation including evaluation, measurements and a discussion of desired goals will dictate what is the correct procedure for someone. An augmentation will address most of the laxity. it is possible that a small lift or a circum-areolar (incision just around the areola) lift may help achieve the desired look.

Answer: Lift + Implant Hello! You would benefit from a lift to get the nipple into a better position and then an implant to help fill out the breast.

Answer: Implants with or without lift Thanks for your question and photos. The answer might depend on the implant size you choose and how much stretch is present in your skin/areola. An implant might fill out your skin laxity adequately and "lift" the nipple to a certain degree. If you're bothered by the areolar size - a small lift around the nipple could reduce the areola size and tighten up any residual skin laxity. The left side is a little more ptotic and has more overhand. If this asymmetry bothers you the lift could correct that asymmetry as well. Get a few consultations with board certified plastic surgeons to make sure you're choosing the right implant for your goals. Going bigger than you want to avoid a lift is not a good long term solution.
