I had a breast augmentation 10 months ago. I have been sore from nipples because I had been sweating too much. I was feeling a sharp pain and I massaged. I started pressing down on my lower breast around nipple area and a felt a clicking. If I squeeze my breast, it’s not painful. It is soft and looks normal. This clicking, I noticed two days ago.

A 450cc implant may increase you by three cup sizes or more. Many surgeons have sample implants available that you can "try on" to give you an idea of how you may look after surgery. I've included a video on breast augmentation and implant selection that I hope you find helpful.
