Is Systemic Mastocytosis also a known rare risk of breast implants?

Just as I was starting to get comfortable with having breast implants, I met a woman (former Beauty Queen) who swears that her implants caused Systemic Mastocytosis. I googled this condition with "breast implants" to see if I saw any other experiences. I do not, but she says her condition completely resolved after removing the implants. Is Systemic Mastocytosis ALSO a known rare risk of breast implants?
