5 wks post TT: I have 2 small holes at panty line and one huge hole in my belly button area. I need help, what do I do? (Photos)

2 weeks 2days post op FLUER DE LIS TT i began bleeding out BELLY BUTTON area. PS said wounds are common. This wound went from size of a dime to now my entire fist fits in it. I asked can it just be stitched back he assured itll cause infection. 3 times aday i change guaze filled with water and dankin solution pads and tape. Smell is horrific. I can barely function daily. I only want to lay down. I go every wednesday. He cleans it redress it and sends me on way. I need options or clarity on this. Please HELP
