Your surgeon knows and understands your nasal pre and post results more than anyone else. Minor trauma should not affect your nose much but only an assessment by your surgeon with an in person examination can give you the most accurate answer.
Well it all depends on how hard you hit the tip of your nose. Best discussing this with your surgeon.Kind regards,Ivo
Early traumas after a rhinoplasty can potentially displace bones or grafts. If you can see a lump you should check with your surgeon as soon as convenient.
Trauma and significant swelling at three weeks can effect your result. If your tip is grafted, the grafts can easily shift in a swollen tip. The dorsum is less of a problem. It is important that you see your plastic surgeon immediately as the cartilages can be repositioned and the tip re-taped to save your result.
If you damaged your tip position and shape following trauma you would know. The photos you have submitted look good, so sit tight, no more hugs, and follow up with your surgeon.

I like the rhinoplasty to take precedence over injectables. However it does seem appropriate to space out the two procedures as much as possible. Again two months is fine but the longer the better. Hope this helps.
And it looks thin next to your tip, which is still wide, probably at least in part from swelling from the surgery.I don't know whether it will get wider, but for now there is nothing to do but wait. If you have another operation soon, to try to widen out the bridge, it could be a real disaster....
Hi if you have unwanted muscular activity in your face then you should definitely try a simple nonsurgical option like Botox. Regards
