Tooth pulled, bone grafting and stitching. 1 week post-op.

I had a tooth pulled last Monday (today is Saturday) and also bone grafting. The dentist put in stitches and the stitch has come undone and out of my mouth. Is this something I should be concerned about or is that normal

Hi:Sorry to hear about your situation.  At this point your suture can not be replaced.  However, you might want to have your dentist shorten the tips of the suture to create more comfort for you.Best,Dr. Maddahi
