The inside of my mouth and tongue are so sensitive, inflammed and are unable to tolerate the nylon sutures where they have been cut after bone graft surgery 4 days ago. Is it possible to use soft are sutures? And should I use a night guard to cover the area that is so sore. I have cankors in those areas.every time l talk ,eat or move my mouth it hurts where ever the cut sutures are contacting the soft tissue.Would dissolving sutures be adequate for holding the bone marrow in place?
