I am 22 and always known my breasts look weird, more so my left. I believe I suffer from some form of tubular breast and would you say this was mild or severe? Also what would be the best way to correct this in surgery to get more rounded/teardrop shape? And would I need tissue expanders?

Hello, thank you for your question. From the pictures it does not seem to be tuberous breast. All tuberous breast feed normally. However, for small breast you are a great candidate for breast implant.

With implants to both breasts and a lift to your larger breast, I think you could achieve fairly close symmetry. Do remember that your breast are "sisters and not twins," and will never be exactly alike.
