I'm also sure I was burned during the procedure, I have a hard dark spot. Can this be corrected?

I would call the plastic surgeon who will be performing your surgery to determine these items.  There is no uniform standard here with regard to labs, etc.  A complete history and physical needs to be performed, but lab work and other workup will be based upon risk factors and surgeon or ane...

Your arm skin has striae, suggesting the skin has lost elasticity and will not retract after lipo.  I would recommend very conservative liposuction to avoid the appearance of saggy skin after the procedure.
