I want to increase philtrum length. I had a primary rhinoplasty a year ago. I had a columella plasty because I wanted to reduce my bottom heavy nose 6 months ago. It is going to take 4mm+ of cartilage reduction to reduce the bottom of my nose. It’s not about the show it’s about the upper lip and bottom nose space. It is all cartilage. What specific procedure would you recommend to increase the space? It will take more then a simple caudal septum trim to reduce the base
