1 month post-op. Bumpy bridge after revision rhinoplasty. My surgeon said it’s swollen bones is that true? (photo)

I had revision rhinoplasty 4 weeks ago in Istanbul the surgeon used cartilage from my rib because too much was taken out with my previous surgery. I asked for a slim small nose and was assured that was possible with cartilage. It’s now been 4 weeks my nose is huge and I’ve also noticed my bridge has become bumpy my surgeon said it’s swollen bones is that true? compared to my last surgery there is a big difference in size. I am also very worried about the bump on the bridge it seems to be getting bigger.
