Hello Kluvwife, It’s a pleasure to answer your questions! Based on your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for Lipo 360 with VASER and fat transfer to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Many of my patients who desire a fuller, beautifully rounded backside, opt for BBL surgery. In general, Lipo 360 is a term that simply refers to circumferential liposuction of the body. This involves liposuction of the abdomen, the flanks, and the back. Also referred to as 360 degree liposuction, Lipo 360 can be performed by using traditional liposuction procedures but also can be achieved with VASER Lipo, producing safer and improved outcomes. During VASER Liposuction, the surgeon selects the area to be treated and uses the ultrasound-assisted device to emulsify the fat cells, leaving the surrounding tissues unaffected. By carefully selecting and melting fat cells, the VASER leads to more rapid healing and smoother results. Since the VASER also creates thermal energy, this generated heat causes further fat to dissolve and causes significant skin contracture (53% more than traditional liposuction procedures). Additionally, clinical studies reveal that fat harvested using the VASER liposuction have a very good viability of fat cells to be re-introduced in the body, offering nearly an 80% fat cell survival rate. Hi,
Thank you for your question and your pictures, based on your pictures your a good candidate for a Liposuction and a Tummy Tuck. Areas to consider would be your back bra rolls and flanks. Removing the fat from the back bra rolls and waist alone can greatly improve your overall shape and enhance your curves. Once your waistline is more defined like an hourglass you will be able to see your buttock shape. It's hard to see your skin condition and elasticity their might be some skin retraction after the Liposuction on your abdominal area. I just don't know if it will be enough to keep you satisfied and not need a Tummy Tuck.  Its best to consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to get an examination to assess the areas and outcome. Best of luck.
