Hello Kluvwife, It’s a pleasure to answer your questions! Based on your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for Lipo 360 with VASER and fat transfer to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Many of my patients who desire a fuller, beautifully rounded backside, opt for BBL surgery. In general, Lipo 360 is a term that simply refers to circumferential liposuction of the body. This involves liposuction of the abdomen, the flanks, and the back. Also referred to as 360 degree liposuction, Lipo 360 can be performed by using traditional liposuction procedures but also can be achieved with VASER Lipo, producing safer and improved outcomes. During VASER Liposuction, the surgeon selects the area to be treated and uses the ultrasound-assisted device to emulsify the fat cells, leaving the surrounding tissues unaffected. By carefully selecting and melting fat cells, the VASER leads to more rapid healing and smoother results. Since the VASER also creates thermal energy, this generated heat causes further fat to dissolve and causes significant skin contracture (53% more than traditional liposuction procedures).
