Which is the best to to permanently reduce ice pick scars and large pores? Microneedling didn't work! (Photo)

I've done 6 rounds of microneedling with no improvement in the pore size on my forehead, cheeks and nose. Which tx is the best to make these pores PERMANENTLY smaller? Which is the best: TCA? Fraxel? Microdermabrasion?

Assuming that these are purely cosmetic areas of PIH, I would suggest using Melarase creams to improve pigmentation of the skin. The cause of the pigmentation should be assessed. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

I would use a combination of Exfolase lotion mixed with Melarase creams to lighten the discoloration on the genitals. In addition, once or twice weekly exfoliation with Melapads may help. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
