Assuming there are no medical conditions that may be predisposing these scars, a good skin care regimen can be instituted to improve the overall health of your legs. This will revolve around good moisturizers, sunblock and bleaching creams. This should result in excellent overall improvement. Any residuals scarring would then have to be addressed with more aggressive therapies with lasers or surgery.
