Lymphatic massage or endermologie after lipo?

These techniques are worthless. As a matter of fact, if done to aggressively they might actually do harm.

It is not necessary to perform these types of treatment after liposuction to get a nice smooth result.  This effect was created at the time of the surgery.

I have all my patient start velashape treatments 2-3 weeks after their procedures.  I find that it helps decrease swelling, increases the chances for skin tightening, and makes everything more smooth post procedure.  I like velashape because it has RF, IR and massage.  It is just not ultrasound which does very little on its own.  Best, Dr. Emer.
