Lymphatic drainage means that the massage will take the swelling liquid and try to push it towards your lymph nodes so it is reabsorbed faster and the selling subsides. Since there is no swelling before the surgery, it would only be a waist of money. Hope to have been of some help
I do not think there is any advantage to have lymphatic drainage massage before surgery. Best to always ask your surgeon.
