My procedure was Lipo and BBL back in Nov 2015 and I wanted to know after how long of this procedure would it be best recommended for someone to go into a sauna? I know its almost a year but my biggest concern is if i go into a sauna would the grease injected decrease?

The placement of fat really depends on what you are trying to accomplish in a BBL. I like to distribute the fat so that the buttock has a natural shape with liposuction that contours the waist and hips.

You should schedule a consultation with your surgeon for an examination. A lump can be a number of things including hematoma, seroma, or fat necrosis. Determining what this is requires an examination.
