Lipocavitation is a technique used in liposuction.  Liposuction address excess fat but not excess skin seen after massive weight loss.  Arm lift or brachioplasty involves removing excess skin and fat from the inner arm.  Liposuction can be used during brachioplasty to reduce the volume of fat and enhance results in certain patients.  There are liposuction devices that apparently can tighten the skin but has no roll in areas where there is so much excess skin.

Congratulations on your weight loss.  Without a picture it is hard to advise.  Generally only excisional procedures like a brachioplasty will make a difference in arm contouring after massive weight loss.  Good Luck.

Cavitation or fat destruction with high power energy, usually ultrasonic, but can be other energy sources can cause rupture of fat cells.  Is this the answer for you, I can't tell you, but I can tell you that whatever you do will cost you money and recovery, likely some pain and discomfort and then will you have the degree of improvement that you really want?  Just because it might seem like it costs less than a surgical procedure, it may not.  What is best is going to a plastic surgeon to get the best plan for you and knowing what your options are?  Can you really trust someone who is selling you a procedure to have your best first?

In your case, without seeing photographs, you will probably need to have excess skin removed.  This is the case in most post bariatric patients.  Usually liposuction is not an option. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation.
