I did the veneree and gum contouring but when I smile my lip is uneven?
Answer: Lip asymmetry You can try a small amount of filler such as Restylane or Juvederm on the smaller side. Do not undergo any surgery for the lip, it can create more problems.RegardsDr. J

Answer: My lip is uneven when I smile! What can I do to fix this problem Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Unfortunately with the limited image it is difficult to offer definite advice, but it appears that the difference in sides is the result of your natural muscle “pull.” You could make an improvement by adding dermal filler to the smaller upper lip side so that the amount of red seen is more even, camouflaging the amount of white tooth show. Hope this helps.

Answer: Uneven lips? Thanks for writing,Unfortunately your photo has an odd angle and there is only one view. The inequality is not uncommon, our body is not symmetrical. The cause can be muscle pull, red dry lip volume or even the bony fullness of your maxilla on that side. Physical examination face to face will tell the tale. Slight corrections can be made with filler if necessary, but you need to have someone do this who is great at injecting, typically not someone in a spa. Good luck Stephen M.
