In my experience, generally 1 syringe of filler is enough to give you fuller lips. Your provider can go over the various filler formulations to choose the most appropriate product for you. The filler typically lasts between 3-6 months depending on the product used. For the 'gummy' smile, I recommend a small amount of botulinum toxin injected directly into the muscles that cause the gums to excessively show during smiling.
