Thank you for your question. Don"t take medicine, just eat a good plant based high fiber diet, and the constipation takes care of itself. Avoid fast food, cheese, milk, fried foods, meats, and instead eat high fiber foods, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fish if you want something close to meat. Take Metamucil (Psyllium seed) if you want a supplement. I hope this helps!
Constipation is one of the most frequent annoyances that my patients report after surgery. Fiber supplements and stool softeners (like docusate) are usually fine, but check with your surgeon to be sure!
Hi, thanks so much for your question, fiber and stool softeners are ok just don't take any other medication not prescribed by your doctor, or call him/her for advice, take care and good luck in your PS Journey!Respectfully,Dr. Jaime Campos-Leon

Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You can maintain your BBL results with exercise and a clean diet. Lifting, squats and lunges after a BBL will only help increase muscle bulk and definition and achieve a more projected buttocks. If you have any concerns, I...
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. No, this is not possible. A BBL is performed using your own fat tissue. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
There is a possibility that you can lose up to 30% of the fat that was transferred. Whatever fat does not survive is usually all gone by 1 month post. Being that you are 6 weeks post, I wouldn't expect for it to get smaller. The fat that has survived is now there forever and will grow and...
