I'm 20 yrs old, Asian. My eyes bother me since high school. I always look tired, sleepy and they feel heavy. Would epicanthoplasty make my eye look bigger? I don't need to have double eyelid, I just need my eye look more open and bigger.

Answer: Non-Incision Ptosis Correction Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. If you do not want to have double eyelid fold, then non-incision ptosis correction procedure would be suitable to dissolve your concern. In case of ptosis correction surgery, it would be recommendable for patients who have looking tired and sleepy eyes. Through this surgical procedure, you can expect more vivid, bigger, and defined eyes. Normally, ptosis problem, it is normally caused by eye opening function. In my opinion, you had better undergo non-incision ptosis correction surgery rather than epicanthoplasty surgery. Thank YouFrom. Dr.Kim Jin Sung, ITEM Plastic Surgery
