I did not know I had a seroma and now its kind of a bulge. Its soft hard but you can still feel the fluid within the bulge like the bulge is really just fluid. My doctor wants to drain the fluid via Interventional Radiology. He said this will help flatten the area but it will still be hard I guess from scar tissue. My question is can I develop an encapsulated seroma from lipo? Most of the pictures ive seen of pseudobursa are usually from tummy tucks.
