How can I remove deltoid fat?

Question

My lateral deltoids are fat ( pocket of fat) to the point where they protrude and make my frame look wider. Will exercise for the deltoids solve this problem/lose the fat to where my arms/deltoids will have a more flatter/smooth appearance?

Modest improvement can be seen with liposuction, particularly SMARTliposuction, but if too much fat is removed you could have contour abnormalities or loose skin.  Please discuss with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Hard to advise you here.  If you are overweight, perhaps diet and exercise will take care of the issue.  On the other hand, If you are not significantly overweight, liposuction may be a good option for you.

The good news is that liposuction's best utility is in removing isolated fat deposits.  After evaluation of your overall health and your problem areas, a surgeon familiar with body contouring can discuss your options.  I wouldn't be too impressed with which machine is used to remove the fat.  Who does it will be more important in getting a pleasing outcome.  Best wishes.
