Will a cortisone shot affect my results of ultherapy?

I had a cortisone shot in my health for pain a month prior to ultherapy treatment. I am supposed to get another shot soon and I am 1 month post ultherapy now. Will it harm the effects of my ultherapy and collegen production if I get the second cortisone shot soon or should I wait?
