Why does CO2 laser cause hollowed eyes and a multitude of other problems I didn't have before!! Any suggestions? (photo)

...minor scarring under right eye. Dr injected steroid but still there. I'm looking worse instead of better..3 months, this week....Just hope there's hope! After scar treatment, used Dysport along cheekbones&caused a slew of problems under/around the 'good' eye! Black eye, puffy bag, pool of vertical wrinkles..Cheek pleating IF/when I smile.. I can hardly think of anything else..Look worse and more haggard than before...give me back my old skin!! Looked great at first, BTW.
