However, I must caution you against comparing your results to others as facial characteristics vary from person to person and exact dimensions may not be appropriate for your face. After reviewing your photos, I believe that what you are seeking is possible.  With that being said, the entire goal of a rhinoplasty is to create a refined, aesthetically-pleasing nose based on what fits your face - while making it appear completely natural.  I recommend consulting with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who will accurately examine your nose, create a simulation that would show you what your nose could look like after surgery, and develop a plan tailored to your individual needs. There are several techniques that can be successfully used to deproject an overprojected nose.  By operating on the underlying cartilages, the tip can be rotated up and deprojected.   The process will also widen the base that in many situations will be beneficial.  The bridge is brought down consistent with the overall proportions of the nose.   I have used this principle in many satisfied patients.Seek a skilled consultant!  and good luck.Fred G.
