My right breast is oozing puss and it's progressively getting worse. Any suggestions? (photos)

I am 4 weeks and 1 day post op. Since my breast reduction, I've constantly had issues with my right breast. I've informed my Doctor of the constant pain, throbbing, bleeding and blistering in my right breast. My doctor stated that because my right breast was larger than the left, she had to place extra sutures in it. Two weeks ago, she removed the original steri strips, cleaned the infected area and placed new strips. My breast started oozing puss 3 days ago and it won't stop.
