Botched bleph - revision or lift? (Photo)

This is Post Upper Blepharoplasty Syndrome (PUBS): Upper eyelid ptosis, crepey eyelid platform skin, upper eyelid ptosis, lash ptosis, hollow upper eyelid sulcus, and high or absent upper eyelid crease. I am attaching a link below to my paper on PUBS. It can be repaired but a reconstructive surgery is needed. It can't be fixed with fillers. During that surgery, a new lower crease is make, the ptosis is repaired, an anchor blepharoplasty to snug the eyelid platform and support the upper eyelid lashes. Please do not listen to well meaning surgeons who might tell you that you do not have enough skin to repair this. The skin you need for an innie eyelid is the skin you need for an outie eyelid. I am also adding a video with graphic video. If you do not like surgical video, please do not feel compelled to watch it. Your eyes can be your best feature.

I understand that you are dissatisfied with the appearance of your upper eyelids, however, it's not clear what you're dissatisfied with. To get a quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we need to see quality before and after pictures.
If you don’t have a complete set of proper before and after pictures and contact your surgeon and ask them to forward the pictures they took.
Cons Reposting with a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you’ve had more than one procedure than included before and after pictures for each of your previous operations.
I don’t see any easy solution to your previous eyelid surgery.
There may be oculoplastic surgeons who can improve your outcome.
Eyelid assessment is difficult because it changes when you change your angle of gaze.
I suggest relying exclusively on in person consultations.
For second opinion, consultations come prepared bringing with you a complete set of proper before and after pictures and copies of your previous operative reports.This should be available from your previous provider if you request them.
