Hoping to achieve more symmetry of my eyes after wedge excisions & 2 ptosis surgeries, advice? (Photo)

Question

Have had multiple procedures as a result of problems from an I&D of chalazion which caused a peaking of my eyelid margin of LUL. This occurred three years ago and as a result i have had 2 full-thickness wedge excisions of the LUL and two ptosis surgeries. It bothers me that my left eye appears smaller and my lower eyelid has become elevated. I am just hoping for even a fifty percent improvement.

You appear to have a drop of scleral show on your right, however, that is involving your right lower eyelid. Your upper eyelids appear to be relatively symmetrical after two upper eyelid ptosis surgeries. In that regard please consider no further intervention. Thank you for your question. It does not appear that your asymmetry is so significant considering surgeries you had. Lateral canthopexy of the lower of two eyelids may correct asymmetry. In person consultation with a plastic or oculoplastic surgeon would help. Good luck.

Not sure if I see any easy treatment to address your concerns. Considering your history you may want to accept this as being “ good enough”
The biggest asymmetry is your eye socket sitting higher on the left side which is true for most people. 
That causes all structures to sit higher on the left inc, brow, globe, upper and lower eyelids. 
In your picture it looks like you might have some strabismus that makes a little harder to asses the relationship between the eye lid and the iris. 
I suggest you follow up with your previous providers.
