What are my options to lower eyelid crease?

I had eyelid surgery already. My upper lid feels tight and heavy at the same time. I have enough skin to close my eyes, but the inner crease is way too high. T removed fatty tissue which I am sure is the culprit. Obviously it seems hard to correct. But is it possible?

There are three main approaches to lowering the upper lip crease:

- fat transfer or injectable fillers can enhance the volume under the orbital rim
- pearl fat grafting can be used to restore some of the volume removed in surgery
- advancement of the orbital fat can also be carried out but the efficiency depends on how much volume is available

I suggest that in the first instance you should discuss this with your surgeon, as your symptoms may not be related to the fat reduction.
