I had eyelid surgery already. My upper lid feels tight and heavy at the same time. I have enough skin to close my eyes, but the inner crease is way too high. T removed fatty tissue which I am sure is the culprit. Obviously it seems hard to correct. But is it possible?

Normally, I would think it may be protrusion of the lower eyelid fat pads, but considering the amount of surgery, you’ve had I think it’s difficult to give you an accurate assessment based on the information provided.
