What are my options to lower eyelid crease?

I had eyelid surgery already. My upper lid feels tight and heavy at the same time. I have enough skin to close my eyes, but the inner crease is way too high. T removed fatty tissue which I am sure is the culprit. Obviously it seems hard to correct. But is it possible?

You appear to have a drop of scleral show on your right, however, that is involving your right lower eyelid. Your upper eyelids appear to be relatively symmetrical after two upper eyelid ptosis surgeries. In that regard please consider no further intervention. Thank you for your question....
