You're an excellent candidate for a Mommy Makeover. An honest conversation with your plastic surgeon regarding advantages and disadvantages of implants will help you make the decision of whether to include an implant. You can also use fat transfer to augment the breasts, as your waist would benefit from some liposuction in the sides and lower back. Lastly, it looks like you would have a great result from a tummy tuck. You can expect to spend $15-30K for the surgeon, procedure, depending on location, implants, length of surgery.

Hi. You are an excellent candidate for a mommy makeover. Liposuction of full back and waist plus a tummy tuck and breast lift without implants seems very reasonable and will give you great results.

As far as your weight gain, it would be great if you can lose some before surgery. Try to have surgery at you ideal or preferred weight. This way your surgery will be safer and your results will last longer and will be easier to maintain.

As far as prices go.... every surgeon is different, so you would have to have an official evaluation before getting a quote. If you are ok with shopping around for the surgeon and price that suites you the most, you may think about traveling for survey. Different cities, states and or countries have very different prices.

Thank you for your question and images but the lower part of your abdomen is unfortunately not visible.You are a good candidate for breast lift surgery with autologous fat grafting of the upper poles if you wish to augment your upper poles and cleavage without the issue of implant maintenance. While your fat graft can be harvested from your abdomen and flanks, if you have skin excess along with the visible stretch marks on your images, you may wish to consider abdominoplasty surgery to avoid excess skin which can complicate liposuction surgery. Your back fat may be addressed with liposuction surgery. I would recommend you consult at least two appropriately qualified surgeons who will be able to provide an opinion based on clinical examination and provide appropriate financial information.Best wishes and I hope this information is helpful.

Based on these photos, you would benefit from breast lift (possible augmentation with implants if you want bigger breasts), liposuction of abdomen/torso and TT. You may have all of these done in the same time or separate it as per surgeon's suggestion. Good luck.

Healthy people at their ideal weight should have the best overall recovery from a TT/lipo, and BL, but some of this will depend upon the surgical technique and adherence to postoperative protocols. Having a BMI of 30 or less will lower the risks of complications during and after surgery and enhance results.

It appears from your photos that breast lift alone should suit you because you appear to have ample breast tissue and do not need implants unless you wish to be significantly larger. Tummytuck with flank and lower and mid back liposuction should complete your makeover nicely. Prices for this surgery vary from city to city, and cost in my city, NYC, range between $12,000-$20,000, all in. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your are to greatly increase your chances for the best and safest result. Good luck!

360 lipo vaser on your flanks, arms, back to sculpt your waist. Combined with TT + MR and BBL for an hourglass shape. If your hemoglobine levels are high enough, you could get a breast lift + implants for a beautiful result.

You are an excellent candidate for a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, you can undergo a tummy tuck. A tummy tuck will remove the excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and tightens the muscle and fascia of the abdominal wall creating an abdominal profile that is smoother and firmer. Muscle repair is often done with a tummy tuck, especially in patients who have a history of weight loss and pregnancies. Liposuction on the flanks is often done with a tummy tuck to help achieve an hour glass figure.

A breast lift raises sagging breasts by correcting and modifying the size, contour, and elevation of the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour. If one is seeking more volume, then they may consider a breast implant.
