5’9/170 lbs originally wanted saline but have thinner breast tissue and For fear of rippling I went with 625 cc Silicone Sientra style 107 MP. Is this too much? I said a D/little bigger is my goal. Of course I know you can’t be sure of how my body will project them. My surgery is in 10 days. I’ve done research but I am more nervous than ever because they ordered the size already. I read my BMI should be 150 pounds am I too large to get good results?
Answer: Size You have chosen a large and heavy implant that is too large for most women. You might want to go back and try on something smaller that will be a better fit long term.

Answer: I'm 5’9/170 lbs. Will 625 cc gummy bear submuscular be too much? (photos) Tall women with larger frames and broader chest, shoulders, and hips can often handle larger implants that would make smaller women's chests look overcrowded and heavier. I would recommend that you go with the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Implants of 600cc and higher will create more tissue thinning over time, have more potential for rippling, more potential for bottoming out, greater likelihood of breast lift revisions, etc. Cup size has nothing to do with number of ccs as bra manufacturers do not follow standard sizing.

Answer: Implant size and type Dear TexasMomma25, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Size Selection Good morning! That is a pretty big implant, so you should really take several tops with you to your PS office and try on the implant sizers to make sure you are comfortable with your size selection!
