I had a rhinoplasty 7 months ago. I have had constant pain in the small section behind my two front teeth. I have also noticed the pain increased and is directly connected to how much movement I have had in the tip of my nose. Surgeon said it could be a “fungus” however I am very certain is it not poor hygiene as again, the level of pain is always there ans increases or decreases with my nose sensitivity. I still have considerable swelling on the right side of my nose.
