Permanent Lines on stomach from Underwear - how can I fix this? (Photos)

I wore Victoria’s Secret panties with the thick band in high school that has caused these permanent lines on my stomach. It has been years they won’t go away I feel like my stomach fat is not an issue because I don’t have much but this issue persist. I was thinking about using maybe silicone scar tape To help fade the pantie line indentation I have been wearing loose underwear seamless since graduating high school
