Microneedling RF options for patient with gold allergy?

Hello! I have just had a Morpheus8 consult where I was found not a candidate due to a gold allergy. I am looking for microneedling rf alternatives with needles that do not contain gold. Treatment is being sought for the purpose of addressing minor skin laxity in the neck due to weight loss.

Thank you for your inquiry. You could try a combined SkinPen treatment (contraindicated in those with a stainless steel allergy) with a FORMA treatment (by InMode Aesthetics). The SkinPen has a maximum depth of treatment of 2.5 mm and the FORMA handpiece delivers RF energy with no needles. However, since you mention only having "minor" laxity, you could also do an extended series of just FORMA treatments at the neck (but you might as well include the face too!) for the tightening effect. My advice is limited as there are no pics to adequately evaluate your neck concerns.
