Can I get RF microneedling again after 3 Vivace treatments 4 years ago?

I had three vivace treatments 4 years go and would like to try a different RF micro needling device. Is it something that shouldn't be done repeatedly? What is the best laser for lifting? I'm looking at profound RF.
