I want to address my face laxity (mid-face, nasolabial folds, under eye area). Ideally, I would like to tighten up these areas so that there is less sag. I’ve read about procedures related to microneedling, radiofrequency (sometimes combined) to improve collagen/elastin, that might provide moderate results. I’m challenged sorting through options (such as Scarlet RF, Morpheus8, VFR, Thermage, Ultherapy, etc). I do not want to lose facial fat. Would anything provide moderate results?

You are overdue for Morpheus8! :) When ever you do treatments like micro-needeling it is always recommended that you do a maintenance touch up once a year thereafter.
There is evidence that microneedling may be beneficial for post-surgical scars. Discuss with your treating provider about your specific concerns and their advice on how long after surgery before undergoing treatment.
